6 volunteers from Rhyl Rugby club are flying the flag in north Wales for mental health. The mental health first aid (MHFA) is a nationally recognised course and was led by Cheryl Parkinson a very experienced mental health nurse and a mum of a youth player at the club. Each volunteer qualified as mental health first aiders to provide mental health first aid to friends, families and co-workers/volunteers. Thanks again to Cheryl for her time and effort and well done to all our volunteers!
